The personnel policy of the engineering holding “Tractor plants” Concern is based upon the mutually beneficial, honest, clear and equal right partnership between an employee and the Company.
The personnel policy of the Concern solves the problems of social security of its employees and formation of effective approaches to the professional development of personnel. At the same time we evaluate without prejudice the contribution of every employee to the common success of our company. The principles of personnel policy of the “Tractor Plants” Concernprovide:
- continuous advancement of the professional level of the employees,
- maintenance of stable qualified team of loyal employees, who can provide achieving strategic aims of the Company;
- stimulation of achieving the common aims, working out of motivation programme that corresponds to the intensity of work;
- promotion of career advancement, creation of flexible system of personnel reserve and its training, providing quick job rotation and filling the appearing positions by the in-house candidates and also quick response to the business needs and strengthening of corporative culture.
For fulfillment of the set tasks until 2015 in the Concern enterprises annual growth of personnel costs per worker is provided.
One of the main directions of personnel policy is development of system of motivation of employees by means of appropriate appraisal of effective work and personal contribution of every team member. Equally important are ensuring of safe working conditions and health care of employees.
We pay special attention to increase and development of required competencies of strategic groups of personnel and managers, professional education and increase of workers’ qualification.
Practice of mentorship whereby the experienced workers transfer their unique practical experience to the young specialists helps us to keep and develop professional knowledge in our company.
The concern is an innovator in realization of unique motivation programmes: “Golden personnel” “Worker dynasties” professional skills contests, annual Olympics, youth policy. These programmes are recommended by the Russian Engineering Union for implementation in the other enterprises of the branch.
